Job Summary Scope of Work: Complete operations in a predetermined sequence. Identify components by package. Must be able to read, write, and follow directions. Detailed oriented, good hand and eye dexterity. Responsibilities: Could include but not limited to the following: Assembling, degreasing, bonding, cutting and molding. Education and Other Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent work conduct and attendance record. Ability to work shifts and overtime as assigned. Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance which requires US Citizenship as a pre-requisite. Technology Knowledge: Prefer candidates with manufacturing background – but this is not a requirement. Business Process Knowledge: Support management strategies and plans Promote safety and health. Understand the customer needs and expectations. Perform to the highest level of quality. Communicate effectively. Business Process Management: Reference, support, and utilize appropriate BPMs. Provide improvement suggestions where needed. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business processes in scope of responsibility. Quality: Improve quality by continuously improving products and services for our customers. Our customers are not only those to whom we sell products but also the end user of any product or service we provide within the company. Accountability: Work is frequently checked for quality, accountable for final results to manager, supervisor, group/lead person, and project engineer(s). It is an obvious enough cat talk and some sort of mockery. I simply do not know how to take it and if my family or myself is being seriously threatened to death.
I'm still disgusted at other connections and blinded/corrupt enmeshments, but I'm going on my gut anyway.

If this is between me and my father, I hate the direction this is going. I will reference back to Veronica and Ron Burgundy in a platonic light.
I don't like to think so self-centerdly, but the job announcement seems to beg me to.
Whoever is ultimately responsible, I think it is wrong for it to be taken this far. I think it is wrong that just because I refuse to be told how to live by my dad, refuse his judgement, and competence, and refuse to be submissive regardless of how competent he is, that either of our lives are on the line because I live my life my way.
I will not take responsibility for it being brought this far.
I think it is possible that my dad could have an uncompromising demand to dominate me that it drives him to his death.
I think it is sick and mentally ill on his behalf to let himself drive himself to his death. Or anyone one else.

I do not want my dad to drive himself to his death.
At the same time, it is not possible to have any kind or sort of talk with him.

I hate that WV is deciding to be a true chauvenistic redneck about this and unable to think outside of the box.

How I want it resolved? I have made a choice in secret that I am waiting on (that is not homicidal towards anyone).
I want people to give up on their hate against me and put down their gun. I want them to stop denying that they have a problem with me and give me reasonable workplace conditions so I can be the independent person that everyone should want me to be.
Instead of choosing death upon either of us, I think people should be open minded enough to go their separate ways. If other people cannot give up on their hate and issues with me, I think the state should take the humanitarian route and send me to a safer state and give me some provision to stay on my feet while I look for a job.
I think there needs to be a respected separation.
If a respected separation is not an option: I think despite the issues that people have with me, they need to come to an understanding that the problem is bigger than they are as well, and accept me for the person I am and learn to be civil with it. The previous sentence I have not seen yet since moving back after graduation. I see a loud racketeering in my eyes that is denied by others and I am always the one to suffer and be the scapegoat. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYONE'S ABUSE PERIOD.
I really think the best thing is to get out of this town and be assisted in protection and provision while leaving. After all I've been through and what has been taken from me, it is the least someone could do for me.
